The Institute shall provide 4 sessions for providing different skills. The first two sessions were conducted on 26th September at the institute premises with 26 teachers from all learning centers and concentrated on language development. Mrs. Sunita Bhasin used different techniques like general discussion, group discussion etc. to improve skills for teaching Hindi as a language to children of all age groups. She informed the teachers how to introduce alphabets to children and sound of the alphabet with the visuals, how to develop vocabulary, how correct pronunciation can help children in improving spellings etc.

After the initial introduction, all the participants were divided into four groups and one guide was assigned to each group. The participants were asked to read a story from small story books. The guide took note of certain Mrs. Sunita Bhasin used different techniques like general discussion, group discussion etc. to improve skills for teaching Hindi as a language to children of all age groups. areas where an improvement is required for making story telling more effective. After the story telling session, a general discussion session was organized where all points were discussed and solutions were suggested.

During the second session, the teachers were asked to select three different words and form five sentences each by using those words. Thereafter, they were asked to read out. Eventually most of the sentences came out to be similar. Later on, during the discussion, the trainers emphasized how language can be developed by using words effectively with the different meanings.

Towards the end of the session, the participants were asked to come prepared with a list of words and sentences to be discussed in the next class. It was a wonderful session where teachers stepped back into the shoes of students with some homework to do for the next class.
