A drive to drive home the message of skill development
It was observed that the strength of students at the VTC has dwindled down and there are not many enrolments. In order to mobilise students and make people aware about our VTC at J R Narang Ramditti Learning Center, an awareness rally was conducted on 6th May, 2016. A team comprising of teachers, students and VTC coordinator took the initiative. The rally started from the center at 9.30 a.m. and Children spreading awareness in the community near Panchscheel Vihar.covered areas adjoining Panchsheel Vihar including Jagdamba Camp and other slum clusters.

As we walked from one street to another, people started asking what the rally is about and where the Vocational Training Centre is. Our teachers and project coordinator informed them about our computer center, courses being run, their certification and fee structure. Despite scorching heat, the students were very enthusiastic. They along with their teachers prepared banners, posters and awareness material for the rally. As Students and staff of Deepalaya spreading awareness about computer literacy in community nearby our learning centre in Panchscheel Vihar.we came back by 11.30 a.m., the students were exhausted. They were served light refreshment to rejuvenate them.
The rally resulted in the enrolment of 6 more students in the center. People are constantly visiting the center to know more about our courses.
