A Special Painting Competition for the Differently Abled At Deepalaya
On the Occasion of Teacher’s Day Deepalaya Special Unit at Okhla in association with Agro-Chemical Crystal Crop Protection Private Limited organized a ‘Chitrkala Mahotsav’ a Special painting competition for Specially Abled Children on 5th September.70 children participated in the competition and the theme was the ‘Festivals of India’ and ‘Seasons in India’

Mr N K Aggarwal, Chairman, Crystal Group said “The idea is to acknowledge that the challenged ones are an equal and important part of the community. We must provide these children a platform where they can showcase their skills. As a responsible citizen of the country every individual should come forward and help these children so that they get the same exposure as the other kids of the society. I hope this activity encourages them and fills them with lots of confidence”.
The works are evaluated and selected for Diwali Corporate Card and Annual Corporate Calendar.
The winners are
First Position: Painting by Reena (Speech and Hearing Impaired Child)
Second Position: Painting by Praveen (Speech and Hearing Impaired Child)
Third Position: Painting by Pooja (Speech and Hearing Impaired Child)
