The Special Unit rehabilitates children with neurodegenerative conditions & developmental disabilities-Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, Autism and Muscular Dystrophy. The Hearing & Speech Impaired as well as the Visually Challenged are also taken care of. The children enrolled are in age group of 6 – 20 years.
We believe that the challenged can be mainstreamed into the society provided they have access to early identification, intervention, education, vocational training, employment opportunities etc. OUR CHILDREN HAVE PROVED US RIGHT.

The older children have been trained in Textile Designing and production of Life Style products – beautiful Quilling like Cards, Photo frames, Photo box, File Folders. In addition to Quilling products they also make stocking flowers, book marks, festival accessories like Diyas, Rangoli Stencils, Rakhis etc. These products are available for sale. They are also learning to make 3D Quilling Miniatures and soon these will be available.
